Our Story:

Since 2018, Blip Art School has been creating spaces for children to explore their creativity, develop concept development skills, and try many different materials and art styles .

Blip uses art to inspire young minds to be curious, use problem-solving skills, and take pride in originality.

Blip Art School is owned and facilitated by Ella James, who has over 10 years of experience assisting young artists

our classes:

Blip Art School’s workshops are process based.
This means that during workshops, the focus is on the process of making and creating, and not on the finished product.

This doesn't mean that students won’t create some incredible art work, it just means that the classes are not designed to pressure students to create a specific piece of art. Instead, the focus is placed on developing their imagination.

Blip Art School is a space where children can fully explore their creativity, try something new and become immersed in the magic of creating! This means that all students are encouraged to use their imagination to create something unique and special.

In each block of workshops, the term is planned to explore multiple mediums. The diverse range of classes allows students to experiment with all areas of the artistic world and discover which styles of creating they resonate with.

Some past workshops include: acrylics, watercolour, sculpture, small object making, oil pastels, clay, photography, weaving, embroidery, print making, screen printing and more!
